It was founded in 1973 by Ildefonso Rosa in the middle of the main oil producing province of the world, we have grown knowing the oil culture and those who make this a means of livelihood, working for the sector and advance us to their expectations and demands.
The main activity is the manufacturing of receiving plants of olive: our olive cleanings, olive washers, destemmers, weighers just as the legal metrology and pulp-pit separators are found from the most incredible oil mills and cooperatives to the simplest installation. Our equipment offers a high efficiency adapting to all kind of customer as the same time that provides maintenance works in a such demanding environment as the harvest seasons. For us a customer is not made with a sale, a customer is made when the implementation is satisfactory. For that we never stop to research, develop, innovate so as to be able to be at the head of the sector with our fabricated items. We remain next to our customers helping them and offering them the alternatives that best adapt to their growth.
The quality guarantee of our products resides in which we manufacture equipment for olive, almond, pistachio, peanut, etc. And be holders of the weighing certification just us the legal metrology.
We surrounded ourselves with the best professionals and we establish relations with our dealers and contributors; in this way we revert to a best service to our clients.
OUR INSTALLATIONS
MANAGEMENT
Currently the business is run by the second generation, who as the same time of giving to it experience and future, it follows the same key principle according to the quality and services controls; all of that with all the innovative, fervent mentality and with a continual innovation as is required by the such dynamic and demanding market as the current one.
COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT AND GUARANTEE PERIOD
Conscious of our customers ‘necessities, we have dedicated a special attention to our network of commercials that with a constant training they can solve “in situs” or even in communication with our installations, all the faults and requirements that the planification and daily job present in the offered plants. As well as, to the personalised attention is joined a conscientious guarantee period service.
For many years we have been exporting our fabricated items to countries as Portugal, Italy, Greece, Morocco, Argentina, Chile and Australia among others
TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
Our technical and quality departments have been conceived, studied and established with total preciseness, well we are conscious that they are the foundations of reliability and the perfect running of each one of the products that we make available to our customers.
MANUFACTURING
Occupying a superior area than 2/3 parts of the total, the area of manufacturing is supplied of the most modern technology, with a so highly qualified staff who can give answer to every one of the necessities that the market requires.
TECHNICAL LABORATORY
We have a very precise and modern informatic department and laboratory in which all our fabricated items pass conscientious controls, and this allows us to trust totally in the effectiveness of our products, before than they are remitted to the client.
Besides, we have our own development equipment of software that allows us to adapt ourselves to the new requirements and so on we can incorporate the most novel technologies which makes that our machines are pioneer in a so competitive market and the most important, providing solutions to our clients adapted to their particular necessities.
WAREHOUSE
Our large space of reception and material warehouse has among their installations with own means, as well as staff dedicated to the quality control of the raw materials receiving daily from our suppliers.
This allows us to secure the reliability of our products, even, since the beginning of the manufacturing process
EXPORTARTION DEPARTMENT
In JAR, we have an exportation department leading by professionals with a large experience in the commercialisation of our products in an international level.
We have a network of local sales representatives in the main producer countries of the world. We have the satisfaction to count with clients from different countries such as Portugal, Italy, Greece, Morocco, Argentina, Chile, Australia, Turkey, Tunisia, USA…
Apart from all of this, we also participate in the main fairs in different countries as well as we travel in order to keep a direct contact with different international markets and in this way offering our extensive experience in the sector for the development of local productions of olive, olive oil and other fruits.
